I get so much joy out of seeing the cherry blossom trees and the tulips during their brief appearances at this time of year. They don't last long and I know that makes me appreciate them all the more.
I just read a comment on a website where the commenter called someone an "escape goat" when he meant "scapegoat" and I just cannot stop laughing. It's been hours and, every time I think about it, I start laughing hysterically again. The mental images, the questions about how someone could really believe that's right. So, I guess if you pickk on someone and blame them for everything, they want to escape...like a goat. Hence the term. Yes? No? Who cares? It's cracking me up!
